About Us:
Giuseppe, (Joe for short), was born into the business of landscaping. As a child of immigrant parents, he did the estimating & any translating for his father. After working, for 20 years, leading and managing multiple crews for the family business, Joe & Nancy decided it was time to open their own company Arte Verde.
Joe & Nancy moved 65 miles west to Poplar Grove in order to avoid competition with family. Joe and Nancy gained their knowledge from working side by side another couple of a 40+year garden center. They taught Joe & Nancy all the in's & out's of growing perennials from bare root and annuals from seed or tiny plugs.
